The terms on which you may use this website. They govern the site itself — not the software we license to institutions, which is covered by a separate signed agreement.
Last updated October 9, 2026By using www.adfinance.co you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and ADFINANCE Rwanda Ltd.
This is an informational website about ADFinance and the software we build. Everything on it — product descriptions, capability lists, case studies, articles and job postings — is published to help you decide whether to talk to us.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date. A binding relationship with ADFinance begins with a signed agreement, and that agreement, not this website, defines what we owe each other.
ADFinance licenses software to microfinance institutions and SACCOs. We do not take deposits, we do not lend, we do not transmit money, and we are not licensed or supervised as a financial services provider in any country.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Descriptions of regulatory reporting features — including returns for the central banks of Rwanda and Burundi and for BCEAO — describe what our software can produce. They are not a representation that your institution is compliant. Compliance remains yours, and remains a matter for you and your regulator.
Read it, share links to it, print pages, and quote it with attribution. That is all fine and it is what the site is for.
What you may not do:
The text, design, layout, code, illustrations and photographs on this site belong to ADFinance or are used with permission. The ADFinance name and logo, and the product names ADBanking, ADIntelligence, AD Lending, AD Mobile Bank, AD Push & Pull and ADRemote, are ours.
Client names, logos and quotations appear with the permission of the institutions concerned and remain theirs. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. and is used to describe our implementation work with that product, not to claim it.
You keep the rights to anything you send us through the form. By sending it you give us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you.
We keep this site accurate and current, and we would rather hear about an error than have it sit there — tell us and we will fix it.
That said, the site is provided as it is. Software changes; a capability described today may work differently in a later release. Figures in case studies are drawn from what the institutions concerned reported to us, and describe their result in their circumstances — they are not a projection of what yours would be. Blog posts reflect our view at the date of publication and are not updated as things move on.
Where we link out — to our support portal, to a partner, to a regulator, to a client's own site — we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything that organisation does. Their terms and their privacy practices apply once you leave here.
Nothing on this page changes your contract with us. Your licence terms, service levels, support arrangements and everything else are governed by the agreement you signed, and where these terms and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins.
Support requests belong in the ticket queue at support.adfinance.co, not the contact form on this site — the queue is monitored, tracked and covered by your service level. The contact form is not.
We aim to keep this site up, but it is a marketing website and it carries no uptime commitment. We may change, move or remove any page at any time, including this one. We may also withdraw access from anyone using the site in the ways listed above.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ADFinance is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the content of this website, from any interruption to it, or from anything you reach through a link on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. And nothing here limits our obligations under a signed client agreement, which stand on their own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your own country's law.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top, and it applies from the moment it is published. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Write to us and a person will answer. We do not run this through a ticketing queue.
