The challenge

Every month, members waited up to two working days for their salaries, and each of them had to travel to a branch to collect. For tea farmers, that is a lost working day on top of the delay.

What we built

ADFinance connected the Sacco's core to mobile money through AD Push & Pull, and put loan applications and disbursement on AD Lending.

The result

Salaries now land directly on members' phones on payday. Loan applications are submitted and disbursed without a branch visit.

Previously, our clients had to wait up to two working days each month to receive their salaries. Now they access them directly from their mobile phones, with no branch visit. The solution also allows seamless loan applications and automatic disbursements.
